      Pros

      There are still a handful of good, honest, hard working people at Avetta.

      Cons

      Bipolar, frenzied decision making drives a constant distrust between the workforce and upper management. The hire/fire/replace pattern leads to a very unstable and paranoid culture. No courage to tackle the real issues. No patience. Completely void of comprehension, related to the word "Value". Utter disrespect for individuals and their worth, from the Customer, on down to the employee. A directive to all workers in the company to go post a good review on Glassdoor. Really? Well respected leadership teams do not need to prod their people to give them kudos. Leaders, lead. Tyrants, issue orders.

      Remember the old adage, "You point one finger and three point back"? Well, Avetta thinks that you are better than this review. We know you are. And, we are grateful to you for the time you spent here and for your contributions. We value you both when you were here and now. Avetta has been through a transformation. Change was an essential component of moving from an owner operated business to a venture backed company. We understand that the transformation was not easy for everyone. With all due respect, we chuckle at the notion that Avetta directs employees to post good reviews on Glassdoor. The humor lies in the truth. As a whole, we have had scathing reviews. We have had individuals use this form as a whipping post. No orders, no directives on this one. Avetta genuinely wishes you well. We hope that all of your dreams come true. We cannot wait to hear of your future successes. You are an amazing individual, we thank you for being a part of Avetta.

      We’re so bummed to hear that you found your experience at Avetta to be so negative. The company is going through some changes, and is constantly working on making things better. We appreciate your honesty and take all comments and criticisms into consideration and are hoping to always be improving. The doors are always open for communication, but it’s a two way street.       The people I work with who share the same opinions as I do. It is nice to be able to vent to them because we cannot go to management.
