New company direction and vision. The company is no longer family oriented and has morphed into only results and not caring about the people.

Marketers Beware!

Pros

Great co-workers at the worker bee level. You get to work with lots of great software as a marketer. Decent middle managers.

Cons

Leadership at the VP level. Human Resources. White men in charge. Really bad PTO (a whole 15 days, wow). Crappy mat leave (want to start a family? good luck!).

It's not trending in a good direction, but there are also much worse places to work

Pros

Flexible work environment, great coworkers, complex problems to solve.

Cons

Organizational structure needs some work, but it is trending in the right direction. Bonuses are more tied to company performance than individual. Salaries have not kept up with market rates, and raises last year were dismal for many employees. No women in c-suite.

Thank you for your feedback. We recognize that bonus structures being tied to overall company performance did not work for a lot of employees, and we have updated that for next year's payouts. Regarding salary increases, they are tied to individual performance as well as market rates. We utilize a global market survey system that allows us to remain competitve with our salary grades. We are also happy to let you know that our Talent Development team does offer formal career paths in our Avetta University system.
