Pros

After coming on board with Avetta, I had the opportunity to meet with many individuals and was encouraged to reach out and get to know my colleagues. I had a very warm welcome and offers to help whenever I needed it. I did have opportunities to reach out and ask for help, and everyone was quick to respond and offer their help right away. After meeting Leadership, I realized that the core values we advertise, are embodied by all levels. Not, only were they welcoming and happy to have me on board, they wanted my feedback and genuinely cared about my opinion. I highly recommend Avetta!

Great day, great benefits, we do something that makes a difference in life, and we have awesome coworkers!

Cons

Not too many but once in a while, be nice to see some diversity in leadership.
