Maturing and enlightened

Pros

They are a medium sized, quickly growing, so there's a lot of energy, good talent, camaraderie that goes with a winning team. People are very nice, very open to suggestion, guidance, and good ideas Not a "fiefdom" kind of situation; people are willing to work cross boundaries. They are really trying to live the "one company" idea. The company mission is very aligned with my ideals.

Cons

As a growing company, they are still working to adopt some mature processes...it is a work in process, but everyone seems up to the challenge!

Thank you for your feedback. We are hoping to expand resources in the APAC region now that we acquired a local company in Newcatle (Pegasus) and New Zealand (iSkils). We are actively investing in creating more of a presence in the region, and with that we are looking to be able to support our employees there much better. Thank you for your contributions!
