The pay can be good (but it’s dependent on the department). The work culture is super nice and most people in the company are down to Earth. Work life balance is great.

Cons

The pay can be bad (but it’s dependent on the department). Upper management is pretty old fashioned. Basically 0 opportunity for training, advancement, or development of new skills. It is a good place to work, but not if you’re trying to move up or advance your career.
