      Pros

      Great salary and bonus earnings, the perks or the benefits are limited and not follow the national opportunities, but the amount of these benefits are also good.

      Cons

      The office team has a lot of free hours within a day, and gossips are exist on a daily basis. These unreal informations cause bad and strange situations. Opposite behaviors and talking behind someones back is demotivated for the other employees.
