Pros
Okay benefits, some of the people are nice… There are always job openings.
Cons
Allows hostile work environments to prosper and thrive, significantly underpays, zero work-life balance (all work, no life), no holidays off unless you work in administration, corrupt, poor training programs for lab technicians, extreme punishments for technicians but zero for management, especially when they hide state-regulated pathogens that humans can contract from the company. This company is only concerned with money and their dealings with China to worry about anything else.
