Work for the Hatchery in Osceola Iowa. NO overtime, Pays under industry standard inexperienced and abusive Supervisors!

Close to my house, I do not like to commute.

Cons

The Company has company values but with inexperienced Managers/Supervisors in control it's; "This is my plant, I do as I feel" attitude you will always have a big turn around that renders the company Sub-standard and breeds a hostile work environment!
