Company is growing quickly so lots of opportunities for development into other roles. The company is willing to develop people. Offers stable long term employment with a lot of employees staying for many years. Consistent above inflation pay increases and annual bonuses.

Cons

Company is a life science company. So those with higher level science qualifications such as Agricultural Science, Genetics etc will also have more opportunities.
