Nice people to work with generally and a fairly flexible environment. Good opportunities if your face fits or someone high up takes a liking to you.

Cons

Directors are very out of touch with workers and just sit patting themselves on the back. Wages are not great compared to other companies. Benefits are non-existent. Some people are promoted because the bosses like them not because they are suitable for the job. HR are actually awful - they act like high school bullies and are terrible at their job.
