      Pros

      The people you work with day in and day out are some of the best around. They become your family away from family. The benefits are decent. Good insurance, 401K, and your basic holidays schedule. Very good to work with if needing to take time off.

      Cons

      Just some of your basic office politics that I am sure all companies deal with from time to time.

      Great employees. Very busy and fast-paced atmosphere. Interesting work. Upper management very knowledgeable.

      Cons

      Employees are required to wear multiple hats without pay increases. On call 24/7, regardless of position (dealing with live animals). Hostile environment created by disgruntled and underpaid workers. HR department faulty. High turnover - constantly training.
