You get plenty of hands on work experience if you are new Benefits are decent

Cons

Training is like being thrown to the wolves Always asked to work over or come in early at straight time pay Hourly rate stinks Location in the middle of nowhere if you don't live close by you spend $$$ on gas and car wear and tear Typical fix everything with a pizza party attitude If you aren't part of the good old boys or girls club you can forget it Some questionable things going on

If your a bully or just like to put people down this is the place for you HR has their favourites no matter the situation

Cons

Very few people actually prop up the company the rest are just out to damage everyone and sit in offices all day instead of checking the welfare of the birds I have seen some absolutely disgusting behaviour towards birds.
