Avicado prides itself on its company culture, an open inclusive environment and community, for all. A work place that embraces innovative and creative thinking. Cultivating personal and professional relationships regularly, in a thriving remote workforce.

Cons

Due to the pandemic we have not had the opportunity to engage with our peers and clients face to face, as much as we had in the past. But we have created fun and innovative ways to engage during Virtual events on Zoom, such as weekly Happy Hours, Monthly Townhalls, and more.

Pros

Management is very progressive and constantly works on culture and wellness. Company is growing rapidly and yet has a very personal "feel" to it. Everyone is accessible. Management welcomes feedback and is happy if you call them out on areas of improvement. Totally virtual. One of the fastest growing companies in the US, according to Forbes.

Cons

Totally virtual so I miss seeing people in person. Diversity is an (active) area for improvement.

The benefits are good, the atmosphere is really friendly and always supportive, it feels like you are working with friends. Hard work and a lot of fun
