Pros

Incredibly flexible on everything! Inspires great dialouge of feedback and really drives a culture that is built on honesty and high performing people.

Cons

Depending on where you are, you may have to work alone in a remote environment, but plenty of opportunity to connect in the virtual spaces.

Pros

It's refreshing to work in a culture of high performers who take ownership of their work. High performers like to work with other high performers and it shows here. The employees are valued, compensation is top of personal market and benefits are good. It's exciting to work for a growing company with an abundance of opportunity. If you know e-Builder or are in construction technology this is easily one of the best companies to work for.

Cons

Working for a small and growing company isn't for everybody. If you are looking to coast, Avicado is not the company for you. Client work can be demanding at times and being part of a growing company does come with the occasional growing pains.

Pros

Great culture with incredible leadership. Always feel a part of the team and not just another employee. Given all necessary training and support needed to succeed.

Cons

Working remotely is an adjustment. However, Avicado helped get me prepared for everything I needed to succeed.
