      Pros

      Family environment and good training program . Get out of there once you learn. You will find a better job somewhere else.

      Cons

      Employees are under a lot of stress because management does not allow overtime, but they expect everything done. Do not work at Avid if you have growth expectations, you will not be promoted or get a nice raise. The salary is lower than in other companies and the good people left or got laid off.

      Pros

      Very knowledgable upper management with extensive experience from other big- and medium- pharma companies (very inspiring and motivational for the future potential). Relaxed office atmosphere. Things can get done quickly if people put their minds to it! Employee benefits ok.

      Cons

      One person fills many gaps, so sometimes more direction and leadership (including structure) is needed. No tuition reimbursement program. Salaries on the lower end of industry.

      Pros

      Avid side are good people, hard working and friendly. They want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Peregrine management are clueless. Steve King and the BOD recently resigned so this may become an upside.
