      Terrible work environment. Haughty VP of clinical, in constant turmoil, very high turnover.

      It is nice that they are in phase 3 development, and they give a nice stock option package to new employees

      Cons

      If you value your sanity, you will avoid this company at all cost. Upper management is of the worst I've ever seen. U have to suck up to get ahead and no-one is recognized for any accomplishments.

      Local, intimate setting with some talented people.

      Cons

      The stress of the employees there due to lack of processes or standard was obvious. These were hard working people operating in an environment without structure or efficiencies.

      A culture very driven toward finding treatments for Cancer

      Pros

      Easy going culture where the focus on on the patient. Professional but not stuffy. Opportunities to network across the company at breakfasts and friday afternoon socials. Benefits and pay are at or above the industry standard.

      Cons

      Currently working toward a commerical product but nearing the end of Phase II trials.
