      The lower level workers are passionate and hard working

      Cons

      Upper management has no clue about drug development and ultimately is the "good ole boy" style for advancement etc.

      The company is run by a few who lay down the law. Status quo is a way of life for 95% of the management.

      Fun and kind coworkers, but that's about it.

      Cons

      Leadership espouses the desirability of traits like accountability and honesty yet shows none themselves. It took me about 6months to start seeing behind the curtain. The business would succeed if it wasn't for the leadership and some incompetent staff.
