Pros
Stable job provider in Orange County. Can move up if you know who to please and don't mind CEO making decisions, often conflicting that change project and company direction quickly. Make sure you are nice to those close to CEO and don't disagree with him or them in public. One may disagree with CEO in private but don't expect him to listen to any advice for the company. If you want a job and don't want accountability (good or bad) based on your actions this is the place for you. Many of those favorites are out of the office most of the time so you can work with little oversight.
Cons
Not for anyone who wants to truly make a difference and grow in their career in a substantial way. Must be okay wih passive aggressive leadership and often no direction or direction set by uninvolved consultants.
