Pros

Strong core values that are exhibited from the top down. The executives lead with passion and humility and they do their best to empower their employees. Peregrine has blessed me with so many opportunities that I would not have had elsewhere. Management has allowed me the latitude to express myself through my work and they hold me to a high standard. My department head respects my time off and insists that I completely disconnect to ensure I maintain the work/life balance.

Cons

The extremely fast paced growth may compromise culture. Work/life balance can be tricky at times if you are not mindful of it.

The company is focused on providing innovative approaches to cancer treatment. Lots of opportunity and professional growth potential. Team approach that works well with a dedicated group of employees. CEO and executive leadership focused on building and sharing their vision for positively impacting the lives of cancer patients and their families.

Cons

There is still a need for some development of process efficiencies; however, this is normal for any company in a rapid stage of growth.

Small company feel, good camaraderie, ability to wear multiple hats, mostly good people to work with and great atmosphere.

Cons

Like any small company be ready to wear multiple hats and work hard. Not really a negative if you like to work in biotech and like learn new things.
