      Pros

      Good place to start early in career. Learn a lot about biopharma industry. Friendly coworkers, 4,10s schedule gives a lot of work/life balance. Easy to request PTO

      Pros

      Good place to get some experience and get your foot in the door in pharma/biotech. Lots of cool people to work with. They offer stock grants but the value of the stock has been destroyed due to poor strategy decisions.

      Cons

      Management doesnt seem to know what they are doing. They invested tons of money in a new facility in Costa Mesa while their money making machine in Tustin struggles with out dated systems. Pay is also lower than other similar companies in the industry. Raises are the typical 3% which barely covers inflation.
