      - Health insurance package is pretty good - Entry-level opportunities - Skill development - Some colleagues genuinely very helpful - Salary higher than other jobs in Orange County

      Cons

      - Poor work-life balance - Lack of career growth - Exclusionary team dynamics: many cliques - Benefits lacking compared to similar jobs within industry - Salary significantly lower than comparable jobs within industry

      Pros

      Good place to get some experience and get your foot in the door in pharma/biotech. Lots of cool people to work with. They offer stock grants but the value of the stock has been destroyed due to poor strategy decisions.

      Cons

      Management doesnt seem to know what they are doing. They invested tons of money in a new facility in Costa Mesa while their money making machine in Tustin struggles with out dated systems. Pay is also lower than other similar companies in the industry. Raises are the typical 3% which barely covers inflation.

      People are great to work with. Everyone comes together to solve problems.

      Too many manual systems that do not allow for growth and bringing in new equipment or software is painful.
