My boss and co-workers are genuinely very helpful, friendly and very understanding about your schedule etc and are always there when you have questions. Ability to work remote on some days. Relatively Flexible schedule. Get both stock and cash bonuses.
Cons
I wish we have sick days on top of accruing PTO. I understand we accrue more hours per year but most other companies offer the same in terms of accruing 120 hrs and more, but on top of that they offer 3+ sick days. When you fall sick you have no choice but to use your PTO hours which is difficult if you are trying to save up hours for long trips. They used to have a flexible holiday schedule too on top of the PTO. You get 8 government holidays and 4 days you can choose as your holidays. Sadly, they took that option away and now you just have the 12 holidays set on specific dates. (no more flexibility when choosing dates you want off).
