Avid Bioservices reviews

This company suffers from rapid growth but lack of qualified management since it started contract manufacturing. Many pre-existing employees have been promoted to management or upper management without demonstrating sufficient experience or knowledge to support a regulated environment required by the contract manufacturing side (Avid Bioservices) of the business. They rationalize "Quality" or GMP without having true industry experience and are in constant conflict with newly hired employees with industry experience. Management across the board has to change to allow the business to grow further and perform as a proper regulated company.
