Need experience or a paycheck? Go for it. Otherwise, stay away!
Pros
Pay is halfway decent. Benefits are so so. Lower level employees are great and know what they're doing. Throw parties and get everyone drunk.
Cons
Management is completely disconnected from the lower level people that do the day-to-day work. They I have absolutely no idea what they're doing and they only get involved right before audits are coming up. Everything is smoke and mirrors and done to create appearances so that audits can be passed but in the end no meaningful processes are ever implemented. Managers and directors are more interested in holding onto their fat salaries then actually taking the company in any meaningful direction. Little opportunities for advancement. Day to day life here is frustrating because none of the processes here makes sense.
