Pros

Good workplace, nice people in the Development division. They care about their colleagues.

Cons

Fixed structure, gap between design team (aka architecture) and devs. Very few colleagues are passionate about what they are doing, for most this is just a job. Hard to implement a change, even though all agree would be a very good idea.

Great people, those that are left.

Cons

Exec management, fire yourselves, this can only help. Avid is the only company that can find away to fall off the floor and they do it consistently. Your a Dinosaur and in 5 to 10 years you will be a footnote at best! Avid simply sucks balls!!!!
