Pros

I loved my work and coworkers. It was a very collaborative, supportive environment where I felt valued and like a human being.

Cons

I was affected by one of the first rounds of Layoffs as they geared up for a private equity sale ...and the process was so impersonal and crushing. I was called into an HR meeting at 11am and basically told that I had until 4pm to get my affairs in order and that was it. It was very clear that the people that made this decision had no real idea of what I did and what my responsibilities were.

- Very Flexible choice between working remotely and working in the office - Co-workers are very approachable and knowledgeable. - The work environment is very chill and doesn't really feel too corporate-like - The work expectation is solely results-based. You can do almost whatever you want to do between workloads as long as the job is done properly. - L2s and L3s are very supportive

Cons

- Quantity of workload hugely varies on so many factors. This is (or might be) due to the company being a global standard in broadcasting and filmmaking. The industry coverage is high, hence the introduction of more variables, mainly depending on the time of year, major news events, and film releases.
