remote work influential products there used to be a lot of senior people who could teach you well and who were very passionate about what they were doing

most of the coworkers are overseas ceo wants to buy companies without actually understanding of what they are doing or of what Avid is doing low pay no growth everyone is getting laid off in the US products are called "cloud" without being in the cloud

- Amazing colleagues and managers - Paid for trainings and certifications - Work-life balance is amazing - Became fully remote because of pandemic - Onboarding and training is seamless P.S. My direct managers were both amazing (the first one retired after I've been in the company for a few years). My current direct manager even scolded me once when he noticed I was still online after working hours!

My role was made redundant due to organizational restructuring but was compensated accordingly.
