The CEO is a greedy crook starving for wealth, notoriety and fame. The Board of Directors are equally greedy and clueless old timers focused on more important lucrative ventures. The C suite execs including the President are inept, underperforming, scaredy-cats who are mocked by the entire organization. These star-sniffing spazzes should just move to Hollywood and pursue careers in acting (as you do) versus worshipping the outer realm of the customers who now and then offer them a photo opp with a celeb they get to post on their Instagrams and brag about to family and friends. Running a once great, industry leading company - not so much. The money spent on unnecessary, executive travel (first class, of course, but look at the dwindling stock price and consistent RIFs - ouch) and bloated event “party” budgets is sickening. Recognize you are entering a toxic environment here. So much disdain and no morale whatsoever. It is ALL about the senior leadership/executive team’s financial gain and perks. You will be their minion working in a volatile environment filled with unrealistic deadlines, unforetold expectations, and no gratitude unless you are part of the soulless inner circle. Then you will be laid off soon thereafter.
