Great colleagues who are passionate about video and audio. Awesome products that do make life easier for customers across both audio and video.

Cons

Poor executive management that thinks they are better than the rank and file. Big company mentality with excessive focus on process that rarely yielded results. Management created unnecessary amount of stress.

Super cool technology, most employees (in every department) were musicians and creative types.

Cons

Leadership and many co-workers were simply unethical. Huge salary disparities. Employees and directors cheating on their spouses with company employees and in company parties was common. HR's job was always simply to show employees how corporate was right and you were wrong.
