-Allows opportunities to move to different/higher role as employee's experience & technical interests grow (onsite vs field technician, installer, programmer, engineer, etc.) -Encourages & assists with getting training/certifications from manufacturers -Strong communication and professionalism across all teams -Basic healthcare for employee currently covered by company (no dependents)

-Traffic can be overwhelming on morning/evening commute, depending on job location and role
