Airport locations open long hours so new employees work graveyard shifts.

Pros

Benefits are amazing for yourself and a family. Its a fast paced day so time goes quickly. Pay is decent if you are good at selling additional insurance and upselling to different cars. Base + comm

Cons

Upper Management.. Half the time you have no cars for upsells let alone reservations and of course there is never a manager around to calm the line of angry off the flights customers. Pay structure is sub par compared to competitors that are making as much and a lot of the times less for the company and bringing home more for themselves.

"Potential" and benefits and PTO and paid holidays.

Cons

If its slow, no money!!!! closer stays till the last flight. No growth at location so if you wanna progress you have to transfer to another location.
