I love meeting and helping new people from all over each day. I find that we all have something in common, and it is my job to figure out what that is during my time with them. I also enjoy that this job is a challenge. There is never a dull moment and I learn something new each day.

Pros

You can make money but you will be taxed si heavy on commission it will hardly be worth it. There are Grey areas when making money, which management will both encourage and and discipline you for, then encourage again.

Cons

Poor management. Favoritism and backstabbing all at the same time. No communication. In effort to save money the company will cut corners everywhere. This impacts the ability to have cars available. No room for growth. Management no where to be seen some days. No work life balance. Schedules suck. Unrealistic performance expectations lead to rampant unethical behavior.
