Pros

If ethical, RSA position will only earn you about 40 to 50K at best. If you have a lack of ethics you can make well over $100,000 per year with decent benefits.

Cons

Low quality and weak management at all levels, but hey, if management were any good or even at least average they would be somewhere else. In general, I have found management to be ill tempered, dishonest liars. Management is aware of crooked RSA tactics, but chose to look the other way and ignore what they do. Instead they focus on the honest employee's. It is a very sad situation.

Because I Saw The Management Team Care About The Business And How They Treated Their Employees I Had To Join At The Time I Worked For A 3rd Party Cleaning Business That Serviced The Avis Cars And Working For Avis Has Shed A lot Of Light At The End Of A Dark Tunnel. As I Stated To My DM I Stated Thank You For Rescuing Me!!!!!!!

Pros

Good training program. Easy communication between locations. Responsibilities are clearly outlined. Competitive with rental prices and selection of vehicles. Promote from within.

Cons

Lack of vehicles on many days, which limits commission opportunity. Commission tiers cause extreme changes in projected commission for day to day. Very old software system. Mostly commission ineligible customers (Avis preferred).
