      Pros

      Flexible place to work. If you have the ability to move, then you can grow very very fast with this company. They leverage your talents and allow you to shine.

      Cons

      Low pay to start out if you are starting in operations. Getting time off can be difficult since the operation never shuts down, and you need to be able to work holidays.
