Pros
The training is good and you do get the opportunity to progress. As the company is so well known, it's definitely a good place to establish your work history.
Cons
The salaries are not that high so try to negotiate a decent starting rate as you may be stuck with it for a while. There are some really good managers and some who you wonder how they got there. Avoid the politics where possible
