Management doesn't care about its employees—they seem more focused on making themselves look good than supporting the people who do the work. Instead of taking responsibility, they'll throw employees under the bus when it's convenient. The lack of respect, accountability, and appreciation creates a frustrating work environment. Employees deserve to be treated with fairness and professionalism, but that wasn't my experience here.
