Teamwork: joining Avispa without a recruiting background, the team managed to make a person feel welcomed, supported and brought up to the task of finding the best talent and giving the best experience for candidates in no time. Opportunity to grow: with the previously mentioned teamwork AVISPA enables you to grow professionally as well as being a part of the company's growth and development. Transparency: You are being encouraged to ask questions and you will be given answers, as well as being updated on all current events. Rewards: your work will be rewarded. Not only financially (and that is already above average!) but the team and the CEO will recognize and highlight your success. Work/Life balance: personal needs and emergencies are understood and there is quite a bit flexibility in your schedule if needed. Vacation/PTO days are appropriate. Working at Avispa has been like being part of a big (and happy) family that celebrates and encourages all employees to do and become their very best. During the time that I've been working here I have had the opportunity to work with an amazing group of people and have enjoyed an outstanding work-life balance (rare to find in most companies these days). I've learned so much from everybody in the team and, thus, have continuously grown as an individual and as a professional. P.D.: There's just so much positivity: Restaurants visits/food ordering at least every month (if not every week), Music, Beer Fridays, Annual trips for employee recognition, a little more food ordering, task sharing and team bonding, food, etc.
