I really enjoy working for Avispa. The company itself, as well as management, are very communicative, organized, kind, understanding and overall super team oriented. When you first start they train you step by step and are very helpful throughout the entire process, and even after training they are always there to help you along the way. The benefits are also great as you can receive health benefits and 401K. Overall an awesome company to work for

The administrative staff are attentive and quick to assist you. I was hired on to their team during a rough patch of the Covid-19 pandemic and some how had an incredibly smooth on boarding. My recruiter Alana was one of the most patient and understanding people I've ever engaged with professionally and I loved both of my placements as an Avispa contractee. I had met other contracted employees at one of my job placements and when comparing our respective contractors it was clear that Avispa took better care of their employees. Any issues I had were quickly and appropriately addressed.
