The recruiters and the people I was able to work with within the company were very quick to response to any issues or situations I had been dealing with

Cons

I dont believe there is much room for wage negotiation, but understand that working with them is a good way to enter into the system you work for!

Pros

My recruiter was Alana and I've been thoroughly impressed with her work. She held my hand through the whole process and has been invaluable in regards to onboarding and feeling supported by Avispa. Excited to continue the relationship with this company!

Cons

The only disappointing difference between the two contracting companies I've worked with was one offered PTO and paid holidays and this one doesn't. However, it's just based on company policies so I can't fault them!
