      No respect or support for staffed employees working as contractors especially by CEO. Misinformation and questionable practices around sick day use.

      Excellent Onboarding and Smooth Transition for Breach of Contract

      Pros

      Onboarding was smooth and relations with the recruiter was a great process. If there were questions that you needed, they would be answered quick and informatively. Jhonny made the recruiting process easy and when I had to end my contract way earlier than expected, made the process easy and painless. It was unfortunate that I couldn’t stay for the whole contract, but I bit too much than I could handle.

      Finding my perfect job!

      Pros

      I was looking for a new job for over a year! I was looking for jobs in healthcare, but couldn't find opportunities. Avispa was my savior! They connected me with UCSF (my goal), and gave me different opportunities to try. Avispa would offer positions, and after trying it out, you could stay there, or they will find you another opportunity. Such a variety of departments, locations, positions, everything.

      Figuring out where I was heading.
