Pros
The best thing about working at Aviture is the culture. This is an environment where people take pride in their work and genuinely want to do their best, because of that we have a really laid-back office. The executives in the company lead by example, they encourage us, they are approachable, and they are friendly. They are generous with compensation, health coverage, PTO days, pretty much everything really. We’re encouraged to stay within that 40-hour work week, but if the project you’re on is approved for overtime and you want to put in extra hours, you’ll be paid for it. We have flexible hours and get to choose our schedules. We host some really cool events where we bring in leaders in the software industry to teach workshops and/or speak. We’re also encouraged to attend and/or speak at other conferences as part of our professional development policy. This is a place where we never stop learning, our voices are heard, and we enjoy coming to work.
Cons
Sometimes people don't fill the coffee?? Idk what to write here, the coffee thing is petty and not really an issue but I don't really have a negative thing to say about Aviture.
