Pros

A lot of growth potential, you can work on a bunch of different teams solving different problems. Good pay/benefits. Fun work environment. Lots of very knowledgeable people to work with/learn from. Good job security. They care about employee happiness and morale a lot.

Cons

Management, in the name of transparency I think, I felt handled certain situations in an unprofessional manner. For example sometimes spilling drama about how people quit, telling us about disagreements between them and clients/employees. It felt like we got one side of a story sometimes.

Pros

- Seniors are all highly knowledgeable and are very motivated, spreading a lot of motivation and inspiration making work enjoyable. - Huge personal growth rate in a short amount of time due to the experience gained from the work provided, and high support of growth of each individual. - Great benefits and culture providing a high feeling of comfort as well as lots of company activities and free snacks (with catered lunch on Fridays). - Many projects to work with so the work is not repetitive or boring with flexible work hours. - Company values focus on the success of a project more than the monetary gains.

Cons

- A little far from restaurants when wanting to go out for food. - A few approaches such as finding how to join specific projects or expense reports feel like the process can be improved (though asking HR or any seniors always make it easy getting through the processes).
