- Benefits they provide are top knotch - Company atmosphere is really nice if you gel with it

Cons

- Team atmosphere and vibe can be very different to the rest of the company depending on where you work (my team was particularly old school in a lot of weird ways...) - Senior Leadership can be difficult to work with (what else is new ;) )
