We get many networking opportunities, flexibility in our schedule and even occasional travel opportunities.

Cons

Salaries don't keep up with the median of this industry and much less with the inflation of our country.

Management needs a wake up call

Plenty of opportunity for promotion and to work on projects outside of your general scope Excellent value added model Strong financials Leader in the VAD space

Cons

Senior leadership are more interested in beating people up than actually helping them to succeed Poor culture High staff turn over Was once a great place to work, now not so much
