Pros

Friendly team, always working together. Motivated Supervisor, always pushing us to new peaks. Layout was impressive, everything has its own place. Quite interesting. Recognition of hard working employees. Understanding management, working with employees to see ways to improve.

Cons

Process update was slow, sometimes downfall to other employees.

Top-heavy management did not pay adequate attention to managers and workers in the trenches Highly inflated numbers to support program decisions Utterly unpredictable and highly political lay offs that had little to do with work being done Terrible internal business planning and implementation -- often smoke and mirrors Marketing teams over-worked and under-qualified for many tasks Failure to truly use web presence for customer support
