Sophistication of the internal processes. Keen intellect of colleagues. Premium placed on compliance philosophies. People management is fair and balanced.

Cons

Structure, while an asset can also be a detriment. Very structured, almost rigedly so.

Great benefits (vacation, sick time, short term and long term disability, retirement plan and the usual 401K benefit). The medical, dental and vision plans are reasonable although the prices go up each year and the deductibles seem to be increasing too. Different anniversary milestones are rewarded with monetary gift certtificates which is very nice.

Cons

Incredibly long work weeks with no end in sight. To be fair this may have become a standard in the industry over the years. Regardless, 50, 60, and 70 hour work weeks are taking a toll. There aren't enough hours in the day to support customers as you would like. The commission plans are so complicated you can't figure out how you were paid. Honest input about the next years budget is disregarded. Executive Management's expectations are not always consistant.
