Great people who work very hard Front line supervisors who seem to really care

Cons

Good ol' boys culture. Blatant favoritism. They don't even try to hide it. Executives more concerned about staying rich than working together. Computer systems are very old and don't communicate with each other very well. No vision of the future. No one wants to change anything for fear they will lose their power.

Many good employees to work with.

Cons

Management perpetually finds ways to lower your income. Executive staff can't figure out that low morale leads to loss of market share. Management seems to have the mentality that employees are trapped so they are just lucky to have a job.
