Pros

Good welfare provided to every employee when join this company. Maybe get good chance to improve if under good manager.

Cons

Take very long time to communicate with many different dept. to solve promble. Sometime seems disorder when encounter a mess, no immedite action or feedback just push the issue to one or another. Job assignment is not clear, changeable, under heavy pressure.

Pros

The entire company is very lean and flat -- so employees in the field are empowered to make decisions which ensure a good, long-term customer experience. Sales teams have very flexible work schedules as my local manager encourages everyone to "work hard" and "play hard". So in the midst of a competitive and demanding industry, the company also understands that family comes first and that the company success rests on healthy, balanced employees. Pay appears higher than in other competing industries. Benefits are good. One of few companies in industry with pension plan. As an FAE you are exposed to the latest semiconductor training programs, direct from Tier 1 suppliers such as Xilinx, TI, National Semiconductor, Broadcom, Analog Devices, Intel etc. FAE's are hired with the expectation that they are subject matter experts, and are encouraged to create customer and employee programs that will improve awareness and overall team effectiveness in the sales field.

Cons

This is a sales organization -- first and foremost. For engineers, this is not an organization that will provide growth in terms of detailed design skills/experience. Most FAE's become more skilled at architectural level, and become more experienced in the broader technology base.
