stock shares bonuses are available for those who have proven their worth in the past. not sure about present conditions to get into this group..

Cons

Arrogant leadership. This company used to actually care about employees but is all about right-sizing now. Hanging on to the bloated salary's for useless top echelon members and continuing the layoffs of the good people who are making the money for the company. Internal training has been completed hollowed out and means nothing anymore.

There are FAR too many chiefs. Weak leadership...giving up margin to pull deals in to the current month...no backbone!

...the camaraderie is due to a consensus disregard for management. Good employees keep getting let go while the mid level management pool just keeps growing - is management not accountable for poor performance???
