Pros

Great benefits, good people, decent pay. Employees are treated with respect for the most part. Company is overall a good company to work for. There are many people that have been with the company for 30 plus years.

Cons

Policies constantly changing, direction of company focus is always changing. Focus is not the same on every level. Lower level managers are not consistent. too much favoritism depending on who you know. Medical insurance is mediocre, vision insurance is next to nothing.

Pros

Co-Workers can be a plus, if you work with them well, and accept that you're all in the same boat

Cons

Managment is an old-boys club...if they don't like you (or you don't do something spectacular to bring in or save lots of money, you'll never advance. Career path is a joke, and rewards/recognition only go to the "pets" or if you're in a group that can come up with a scheme to reward each other on a regular basis. The shareholder return trumps employee concerns EVERY time.
